Waste and environmental legislation and regulation has evolved rapidly in recent years at a rate that has left many organisations and businesses confused.

As a first step in complying with Duty of Care, waste producers should at the very least obtain proof that their waste management contractor is operating within the law. Here you will find the necessary licences and policies to do this.
